I am soo looking forward to creating a vegetarian feast. Some dishes will be accidentally vegan but all will be truly delicious.

So many options I find it difficult to choose but I have whittled it down to these gems….

Red Chicory, Blue Cheese and Candied Walnuts, a super delicious Vegetable and Tofu Curry served in a pumpkin shell, Cauliflower Rice with Herbs, Winter Green Salad, Frosted Meringue Pudding with Chocolate Sauce and Toasted Hazelnuts and Poached Pears with Saffron.
