Cookery demonstrations take place almost every weekday at the School from 1.45pm to 5.00pm. Join our students for an afternoon.

We have developed a new exciting range of Live Streamed Demonstrations, that you can watch from the comfort of your own sofa or kitchen counter.  Watch Darina, Rory and Rachel do a full exciting demonstration or just a few recipes.  Watch them live or later at your leisure.

The Cottages, once a collection of farm buildings, now beautifully restored student accommodation.

Our 100-acre organic farm provides us with an incredible variety of delicious fruit & vegetables.  While you are a student here you have access to the farm on a daily basis.  It is also possible to visit on a Farm Walk.

Our gardens are open to the public all year-round. A most pleasurable morning or afternoon can be passed meandering from one to the next. Wander through at your own pace alone or with friends or, if you prefer, our knowledgeable Garden Guides can accompany you during your visit...
