Afternoon Cookery Classes begin at 2PM, however please try to be at cookery school for 1:45PM. Guests will get a copy of all recipes and tastings of all dishes at the end of the demonstration

Ballymaloe White Yeast Bread

Ballymaloe Chicken Liver Pate with Crostini

Tomato and Pesto Salad with Kalamata Olives

Tomato and Pesto Salad with Buffalo Mozzarella (Caprese Salad)

Haddock or Cod with Buttered Crumbs with Tomato Fondue

Buttered Courgettes with Marjoram

Green Salad with Honey and Herb Dressing

Lemon Meringue Gateau with Lemon Curd, Raspberries and Crystallized Lemon Peel

Meringue Nests with Blackcurrants or Summer Berries and Cream

Poached Blackcurrants with Icy Cold Cream (demonstration only)
