Rachel's Home Cooking

We are delighted that Rachel is Back again this year to do another series of cookery classes. 

This course will be based on recipes and themes from her best selling Home Cooking book.  Although not as intimate as the Television series of the same name, Rachel will be showing you how to create some of her favourite recipes for home cooking in the three demonstrations and then you will have a chance to try them out for yourself under the watchful eyes of our teachers in the kitchens.  Come and enjoy a few days learning how to make the best of home meal times.
