Easy Entertaining with Darina and Rachel Allen Part 3

This promises to be one of the most entertaining, instructive and popular courses of the year. For two and a half days you will have an opportunity to watch Darina and Rachel demonstrate how to make dozens of dishes designed for ‘easy entertaining’ plus you’ll get two practical sessions in which to try out selected recipes for yourself.

What will they be demonstrating? At this point it is hard to pin them down, but they both say that they will be incorporating plenty of ingredients from the school’s organic farm and that they will offer a good selection of fish, meat and vegetarian recipes for appetizers, starters, mains and puddings.

Students will have the opportunity to taste all the dishes prepared. Lunch each day is included.

Some of our courses have differnt parts. All parts are of a similar standard and style but will feature differnt recipes from the other parts. If you have already done a particular part why not come back for another. If you can't remember what part you have done contact us and we will look it up for you.
