Students take our 12-week Certificate Course for a variety of reasons. Some are filling in a gap year between school and college, some have just retired, some want to train for a culinary career, some are passionately interested in food and want to add to their knowledge. Whatever your objective if you are looking for an exciting, comprehensive, intensive and enjoyable cookery course this is it.
Our shorter courses programme includes many, much-loved favourites together with a number of new and exciting options. Courses last from three hours to five days and include a number by well-known guest chefs. Another enjoyable option is to attend one or more of our afternoon demonstrations. This is an opportunity to sit in on the same demonstrations we offer to our Certificate Course students.
