Toby Allen

Since finshing Toby as done a ski season and set up a cooking jobs website attached to the cookery school trying to find interesting jobs for all our students.
Charles Inkin

Charles has been very busy since doing the course and is now running two great restaurants in the UK, the Felin Fach Griffin in Wales and The Gurnard's Head in Cornwall.
