For those people who may not have the time to attend the full 12 week certificate course, we offer a Summer Cookery Course for the month of August.
Although not a single cookery course this collection of courses can be booked as a single 'Summer Cookery Course'. As well as learning a huge amount over the course of the month of August, you will also make great friends and enjoy the chance to try some items multiple times to really get good at the techniques.
This course consists of attending the following individual Courses
- Intensive Introductory Part 1
- Intensive Introductory Part 2
- Intermediate Course
- Classic Techniques
- Seafood Course
- Bake
- Irish Traditional Cooking with Darina Allen.
Although we endevour to reduce repetition between courses students have previously attended, in this instance it is enevitable that repetition will occur. However we suggest a student coming on the Summer Cookery Course can pick alternatives and use the opportunity to really learn important techniques.
Accommodation:
Accommodation is available in our self catering cottages for the duration of this course if required. We offer a
delicious continental breakfast as standard for all students staying with us and attending any of our short courses. We
serve freshly made breads, warm porridge with our own Jersey cream and soft brown sugar, freshly squeezed orange juice, raspberry
museli and more to get you set up for the day. Accommodation is subject to availability and we will contact you after booking
to confirm accommodation.
