Vegetarian cooking has become increasingly exciting and innovative. Whether you have forsaken meat yourself, or simply want to be able to cook for vegetarian friends and family, after three hours you will come away with a host of brilliant ideas and mouth watering recipes.
Sit back and relax while we show you how to make tabouleh, onion bhajis and Indian spiced vegetable pakoras with mango relish, learn how versatile tofu can be with recipes for sesame tofu, ginger tofu, and tofu in coconut curry sauce.
We will also discuss using ingredients like TVP tofu, pulses and beans and spices as well as the importance of nutrition
Accommodation:
Unfortunately accommodation is not available at the Ballymaloe Cookery School during this course. However Ballymaloe House may have availability and there is plenty of alternative local accommodation.
