12 Week Certificate Course 2013

Jette Virdi completed the Ballymaloe 12 Week Certificate Course in January 2013 and has been really busy since leaving Ballymaloe last year. She started as a private chef and then got involved with food styling and worked on several cookbooks by Irish TV chefs {Neven Maguire, Donal Skehan and Sharon Hearne-Smith}. Jette has written articles for magazines such as Easy Food Magazine, done a series of 12 video recipes, developed recipes for restaurants and cafes and lots of other great stuff! We asked Jette what her plans were for 2014:

“2014 is such an exciting year! I'm still working as a food stylist for editorial work, I'm writing recipes for cookbooks, I'm doing private catering and I've recently started up a company called The Workshop People where we will be holding bespoke food and design workshops all over Ireland. It's super exciting!”
