Chef Aine Naguire ran the Idle Wall in Westport, Co. Mayo which specialised in local, seasonal, fresh and foraged produce with a focus on traditional Irish food.
The Idle Wall is now closed.
Aine completed the 12 Week Certificate Course in 2001.
