Join us for this new Online Live Virtual Class consisting of 3 Live Streams over 3 Days. 

We will be cooking a differnt dinner each night and they will let you try out differnt things and get the family supper done all at the same time.

Each meal will be different, but they will all teach you an interesting technique to practice and provide you and your family with a delicious meal to eat at the end.

Each session will last approx 1 1/2 hours from 5:30pm - 7.00 pm 

Cookalong #1 Monday

  • Spiced Keralan Chicken 
  • Pilaf Rice
  • Cucumber Raita
  • Yoghurt and Cardamom Cream
  • Mangos with lime syrup 

Cookalong #2 Tuesday

  • Smoked mackerel pate
  • Cucumber pickle
  • Croutini 
  • Steak
  • Horseradish Sauce
  • Confiture d’Oignons 
  • Rustic Roast Potatoes

  • Moroccan chickpea tagine
