In this afternoon demonstration JR Ryall will teach you how to make a dazzling selection of seasonal desserts, perfect for any Christmas celebration. You will be inspired to create simple and sensational dishes; from mince pies to flaming puddings, from mandarines givrées to a perfect chocolate yule log - all from scratch.


JR will cover all you need to know, from preparing ahead to the finishing touches that add a sparkle to the most delicious Christmas sweets.
