Afternoon Cookery Classes begin at 2PM, however please try to be at cookery school for 1:45PM. Guests will get a copy of all recipes and tastings of all dishes at the end of the demonstration. Please note you will be joining our main student body for this demonstration.

  • How to cook shrimps and prawns
  • How to make Mayo

Prawns or Shrimps with Arjard or Marsh Samphire and Dill Mayo

  • How to joint a chicken

Chicken Breast with Gentle Spices and Orzo

Chinese Chicken Breasts with Spicy Asian Glaze and Toasted Peanuts

  • Veg of the Day – Green and Yellow French Beans or Gujerati Style French Beans

Pistachio Meringue with Raspberries and Rosewater Cream

Vegetarian Option: Salad Nicoise (without tuna)
