Afternoon Cookery Classes begin at 2PM, however please try to be at cookery school for 1:45PM. Guests will get a copy of all recipes and tastings of all dishes at the end of the demonstration

Homemade Pasta

Ravioli with Sage Butter and Ricotta

Noodles with Garlic and Herbs or  Pesto

Poached Wild Salmon with Hollandaise Sauce or Mayonnaise

Devilled Eggs

Tomato and Mint or Basil Salad

Cucumber and Dill Salad

Beetroot and Onion Salad

Potato and Spring Onion Salad

Tarte Tatin with Jersey Cream
