Afternoon Cookery Classes begin at 2PM, however please try to be at cookery school for 1:45PM. Guests will get a copy of all recipes and tastings of all dishes at the end of the demonstration

Consommé Brunoise, Julienne or Royale

Poached Wild Salmon or Grey Sea Mullet with Hollandaise Sauce or Bretonne Sauce

Seakale with Melted Butter or Hollandaise

Flash Baked Haddock with Roast Pepper, Basil and Olive Salsa

Baked Fish with Herb Butter

Papillote of Fish with Fresh Herbs and variations

Garden Peas with Mint; Pommes Mousseline

  • French butter cream 

Almond or Hazelnut Praline Cake
