Rachel Allen needs little introduction, her cookery books and TV shows have made her a household name in Ireland, the UK and internationally. Rachel creates smart delicious recipes that are easy to follow and accessible to all. This course is all about creating great food fast. From searing to stir-frying and Gruyére to garlic, Rachel will teach you the techniques and ingredients to use when you need impressive food in very little time. It doesn’t need to take an entire day to make really fantastic food. In just minutes you can easily create dazzling meals that include starters and desserts.

The course comprises of three cookery demonstrations given by Rachel on Monday and Tuesday afternoon and two practical cooking sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday morning.  Students choose what they would like to cook from the variety of dishes demonstrated. 

Rachel will be demonstrating a selection of great Fast and Fabulous Easy Meals and you can choose which you would like to try under the expert guidence of our kitchen tutors. 

We have four practical kitchens and have one teacher for every six students.  Our teachers are there to encourage, support and ensure that everyone has fun. The course will include many favourites from the TV programme and book.

Please bring an apron and one or two sharp knives with you for the practical sessions.  If you are travelling from abroad don't forgot to pack them in your checked-in luggage.  We also have knives and aprons available for sale at the cookery school if convenient.
